Yes F350's were built in Australia
Many might think that U.S. HD Pickup Trucks are a recent or unknown quantity in Australia. That is not the case. Unfortunately here they were released at the wrong time or used for the wrong purpose....

The engine offerings seem especially odd, as the 300 ci inline six worked out to be a 4.9 liter in the US, and the 351 ci V8 was a 5.8 liter. Imperial to metric conversions were notoriously falsified in the states for some years, as the well known '5-point-oh' 302 V8 was actually a 4.9 liter.
So did Ford offer unique engine offerings in Aus, or were they calculated differently?
