You can order a 2015 F150, but you can't order a 2015 F150

I was under the impression that Ford was halting the steel bodied trucks in Sept. but it looks like the Kansas City facility will continue to build them through the end of the year?

I don't understand why the DTP was not taken down in June so they could launch the truck in September? Who is going to buy a old steel bodied truck?

Placed my order for a 2015 Platinum White F 150 Lariat (super cab) with 3.5 eco-boost, 3.55 locking rear end and, I reckon, every available option excepting a moon roof and 20" wheels. I expect to receive it somewhere between end of November and middle of February.

I guess I better tell my local dealer...the Window Sticker on the truck..in the lot...is Not Right...Boy is he gonna be pissed......:W

Turns our you can do the same thing with a Ram 1500! :R
I ordered my new Ram have a VIN for it but they are not going to build them until October from what I'm hearing.
