You choose - loaded gas or basic diesel?
If you had to buy a SD/HD truck today, what would you choose... a loaded, leather gas model or a diesel with cloth and just a few basic gadgets? Assume similar price, which is what I am finding.

Well there a posting on here recently of a Excursion V10 replacement that ran near or more than $8K.
Shop labor still runs about $100 an hour dealer or not.
That was a new motor from a DEALER! I could have a rebuilt engine for that Ex for $2500 or less.
I had a 5.7 Hemi pulled, shipped, remanufactured, shipped back and re-installed for about $2,200.
