Oil has a multitude of uses. Burning it up to go to Walmart five miles away may not be the best use. I can take my trash to the dumpster with my pickup, my golf cart, or walk. Which is the best use of oil?

Farm ground has a multitude of uses. Building strip malls and parking lots may not be the best use.
