My sister when she was young would go canoeing at the Boundary Waters Area here in MN. She had a 1970 Ford Maverick and she would tie 2 canoe's to the roof and drive up there. She has a picture of it and it's hilarious. We always joked then when she got to the waters edge she should just flip the whole thing upside down and take the car with her out on the water.
I can only fit one canoe on my wagon. The current barge has a max width of 38". When I have the canoe on the sub I can fit two Thule big mouth bike holders.
