I have seen and driven the truck, it is NOT in excellent condition. It has spent its life outside, has some rust, some interior damage, plating coming off the bumper. We have harsh winters here and the roads are salted. It is very good but not excellent.
Really interior damage at 35,000 miles, what type, cigarette burns, tears in the seats? Interior should be perfect at 35,000 miles, my ram bought used (one owner) with 200,000 more miles than that still looked very good, just the edge of the drivers seat had been restitched.
I would walk away, it may sell , they may call you back with a better deal.
