I did some digging and found the sticker information sheet that is normally put on the passenger side window. It say's the assembly point/point of entry was Mexico City, Mexico. Maybe that is why there is no vin information on the door pillar. Anyway, on the window sticker it say's gvwr is 11,000# and trailer weight (gcwr) of 20,000#. It does not give individual axle weight ratings on that sheet.
