so the Elixir elx-25 is a oddball power center and there is not a direct replacment for it as well it is no longer made.
the most comon repair was to change the whole power center out for a Progresive dynamice 4100 series power center. the 4100 series is discontinued but there are still some around, just make sure if you go that way you get one with the Li switch. the other option is the PD 4000 series which I put into my camper. https://www.progressivedyn.com/pd4000-series/ this would require enlarging your openiong a tiny bit in each direction though, a 4100 series I beleive is close enough to not have to do any mods, but I am not absolutly positive on that.
now if it is only the converter of the power center that is shot you may be able to wire in a stand alone converter, and if you go that way I would recomend a PD9300 series https://www.progressivedyn.com/pd9300/
