It sounds like PO put a lot of thought into this setup.
A good inspection and test drive will tell a lot...but it sure sounds nice.
It may be worthwhile to have an RV Tech come along with you.
For ~$100 they may be able to inspect the truck for you as well (assume they are familiar with MoHo's). This could be money well spent.
