Current plans are for a 35 gallon freshwater tank, 35 gallon gray water tank (both as far back as possible in the camper), and a Thetford cassette toilet that has a built in removeable holding tank.
We will carry extra water either in a fixed tank behind the rear axle or possibly just use 7 gallon square jugs ($19 at Cabelas) stored under the flatbed behind the rear axle. When we go to extreme cold environments we will rely on the insulated, heated 35 gallon freshwater tank in the camper.
Probably will carry an extra 6 gallon cassette for the Thetford eventually...
