So what did you do to your Truck Camper today?

Looked at the 12" of new snow on the roof that we received yesterday and thought to myself, today is the first day of spring I'm ready to go camping.

I have been waxing my Lance 780 Truck Camper, I have about 65% of the camper and truck waxed. I usually do it once a year, got lazy and let it go for 2 years. Even with all the rain in the Bay Area, the previous wax job held up.

Well Sleepy shamed me into a project I have put off for way too long.
Replaced the 40 year old seat cushion foam with some high density foam . Wow , my bony butt is still thanking my head .

We unwinterized it and checked everything out. ready to camp.

No. It appears to me it can be seen where it is, but just not easy to see. My bet s if you get stopped the officer will just tell you to relocate it. I think if you were given a citation, it would only be a fix-it citation.

If you relocate it, there is a good chance you will sometimes forget to put it back on the truck. Then you will have no license plat to show. Don't ask me how I know. The design of my TC forces me to move the plate.
