Do you have any more info on this hotspot antenna?
Sure. I use Verizon and I have an ellipses jetpack hotspot

I've mounted a couple of Laird omnidirectional antennas along the driver side gutter on the roof about 6 feet apart.

I was using some temporary antennas with a magnetic base and sticking them to the luggage rack as needed but soon found that it's always better to have the antennas set up so I went for a permanent install. I've gone from spotty 3G to strong 4G just by using external antennas. This is very important to me as it means the difference between being able to work and camp and being tied to home base. - Buzzcut1Nomad III just spent a few hours cleaning out the grime from so many horse shows. Of course it will all be for naught as it will be in a dusty lot at four different horse show venues for the next four weeks getting a new coating of grime.
