I also found some security systems that have bright lights, motion sensors and camera's , but i havent found any all in one system that does it all. Also there is a lot of home/driveway security that i think can be applied to RV's but i dont see many RV specific units

If you'll have reliable internet, something like a Ring Home Security System may do what you want -- they have cameras, motion sensors, lights, etc. The base unit+security system will work without internet (if you sign up for monitoring, it has cellular backup), but I think the cameras require internet for saved storage.
