On fans a simple replace of roof vent with Fan-tastic fan, Maxxair would be the most effective for moving air. Not inexpensive but should find for under 150 -definitely want revers-able. Possible retro fit kit under 70 but fit to be determined.
Just some starting options
AmazonNot sure on swamp cooler- but if you have AC power a wall/window mount A/C on back wall could be done. Many have. Other than install they can be had for cheap.
