Western Group
So where in the heck is the Western Group ? Western like Cowboy, or Western like out west? I don't consider CA Western but what do I know ?

Well I live in the Reno-Tahoe area and consider nevada and california in the western group as opposed to the eastern or southern group. Very clear to this 77 year old. Cheers
While I agree with MastEvac, I do think it could probably be broken up more. Maybe something like Northwest and Southwest but how far east from the coast does west extend? Do we go by time zones or something else? Ultimately I don't think I will use the location based group much. It just seems to limit the audience too much. But then I also never really read many of the forums on RV.net as they really didn't apply to anything I had an interest in.

Isn't California in The West? The only states further west are AK & HI.
Southern California is properly in the Southwest, but Northern California is Northwest. Trying to wedge such a large diverse state into one category is misplacing half the state.
Unfortunately, dividing the state in two, with half in each category, will not work either. Too confusing.
Does it really matter? I suppose anyone who posts here considers it is their forum.
