Good Afternoon FOOFs
Still trying to get caught up at work after taking a week off. Almost not worth taking the time off since I came home to so much work. I have two more trips planned before the end of the year. One is local and one is an 800 mile trip to Kentucky. I think I might have to take out a loan for fuel. The Kentucky trip is going to be a quick trip. Drive up one day, spend two days there, and then drive home. Wish I could take more time but I have to get back to work. I am going to Kentucky to bring back my 83 year old aunt to see my mom. My aunt can't fly anymore (last time she did she got a collapsed lung) and my mom is having back problems and is in a lot of discomfort. I told them that they weren't spring chickens anymore and they needed to see each other again before it was too late. I volunteered to go get my aunt if one of the family would come to Florida in the spring and get her to take her back to KY. They called my bluff (I wasn't bluffing) so now I have to go get her! :). I am taking a friend of mine with me who is taking care of his elderly parents (93 and 88) as he lives with them and needs to get out of the house for awhile. I will enjoy spending time with him. We have know each other since the 6th grade.
The doggies are doing well. They are getting old now. The Papillons are 12 and the Chihuahua is 11. I wish their ages were more spread out. There are all in good health and get around just fine. I sure do love them.
It's been quiet lately. If you have time, post and let us know how your fur babies are.
