Nice thoughts, Richard...and you are right, as usual.
Cats don't require as much attention as dogs - some may disagree here, but I've had both for many, many years. Cat's come, get love, disappear...dogs require much more attention than cats and I think Barney will adjust better than Cy at a vet's.
