To Richard and all--I have been following Old Fella's latest chapter in his journey filled with love. I have been checking the thread about three times a day. I want you to know how much I care and how I have added my prayers for you, Richard, and for Sue and especially for Old Fella.
I know that it may sound very foolish but it is so very difficult for me to read and post in the Pet forum since Gizmo took his trip to the Bridge in August, 2006.
Smudge has mended our hearts (along with challenging us!) but I still have heartbreak and pain so it is difficult for me to read of others pain. I do keep all of you in my prayers though.
I wonder if anyone else still has grief like I do over losing a pet after a year and a half? I guess it is normal but I still feel foolish.
Anyway, hang in there. Because of Old Fella I turned to PetFinders and that is how Smudge came to live with us and enrich our lives.
When you give Fella his massage tonight tell him that we love him, too.
