It is time now to pick up the pieces and move on as Old Fella would have wanted us to. His strong will to live carried him beyond what many would have endured, so taking his example we will carry on the banner for the rescue effort and move forward.
Suzie is now back to her old self running and playing and into mischief. This morning she must have heard another animal outside because she went running into the living room so she could look out the window and came running back to the bedroom jumped up on the bed making sure we were awake. She was barking and carrying on wanting us to get up and let her out, so we did. Who can resist a 43 pound dog jumping up and down on your stomach when you need to go to the bathroom?
Last night we got some much needed rain, but it knocked out our satellite so we don't have a TV in the family room, who cares? It's time wasted anyway. Okay it's time to get ready for church so I had better go for now, so ya later.
