Oh how sad for that child. Sometimes the authorities just want to pass the buck or pretend it is not their problem. I hope the paper makes a big issue out of it. Do you think the owners of the dogs got rid of them so it can't be proven they are his? I hope the child will be OK. Prayers for the child. Richard, how is your eye doing?
