Today is a very special day: it is Dash's 10th Birthday. Dash has been feeling unusually frisky lately, and I believe it is largely due to the glucosamine (1600 mg) and chondroitin (1650 mg) supplements I have been giving him every day. I get them through a greyhound rescue group, and the proceeds go to help the hounds get treatment they need and find forever homes.
