We are under a heat warning advisory for today with a heat index over 105*. Time to keep the fur kids inside all day under the A/C. Sue and I will be packing the last of the things for the trip to Branson, hope it will be cooler there than it is here.
Blackie’s passing saddened me a lot. He was such a great dog, so full of life. At least his last days were full of joy and filled with a lot of love. Obie is doing well and is in the best of homes with a lot of TLC. When we get back from Branson we will be busy packing and moving things to Camp Dixie. We will still have the house here in Waynesboro so we will be coming back often to take care of things. This winter I may make Waynesboro my winter quarters as it is much warmer here than in the mountain area.
Okay, we are leaving for church, everyone have a blessed Sunday and stay out of the heat.
