127 Yardsale
I was wondering how many of you take out on 127 for the annual "Worlds longest yardsale?"
I live within a mile of US 127 in Kentucky and am also on the Bourbon Trail. Both of these bring a lot of tourism.
If you are gonna be out and about for the yardsale, I highly recommend hitting parts of the Bourbon Trail. You don't have to be a bourbon lover to enjoy touring the distilleries. 4 Roses in Lawrenceburg KY is probably the best kept secret on the trail and has beautiful Spanish architecture and located on the salt river.
Theres also Wild Turkey,Woodford Reserve,Buffalo Trace and Jim Beam all within 10 minutes of US 127 through Franklin and Anderson counties. The grounds at buffalo Trace are awesome and the Forks of Elkhorn campground is very highly rated and just minutes from Jim Beam.
