2015 summer RV plan route

We have been "Summer Full Timers" since 2002,we RV every summer for 4-5 months ,at the end of each trip we store the rig and fly home for the winter, in the next summer we pick the rig and discover new to us destinations in North America.
Our trips can be seen on our www.danyshula.blogspot.com.
In October 2014 we ended our RV trip in Salida CO and stored the rig in a friends property that was kind enough to let us do so.
So for this obvious reasons we are starting our 14th RV trip from Salida working our way to North CO-Utah (we have spent 2 months in Utah before,so we will cross the State this time)-Nevada-ending the trip near L.A
We love nature, hiking, natural hot pools, waterfalls, history and meeting people.
The location of our stops are in a central location to be able to visit these interesting for us places.
Will be happy to hear from readers about interesting points along or close to our route.
Thanks

Best I could figure out is't been ten years since you have been in this area other than highway 82 area... nice blog by the way. I'm not a fan of I-25/ I-70/ Denver so I would go ATVing at Taylor Park and then north to I-70 bypassing Denver BUT that's just me. Safe travels.
This post is my opinion (free advice). It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose.
Sold 04 Dynasty to our son after 14 great years.
Upgraded with a 08 HR Navigator 45’...

Route looks great - after 14 years of 1/2 timing not a lot of advice many of us can give.

Enjoy the trip,

While in Vernal, do head up to Flaming Gorge. If it's hot, that may be a better choice for a place to camp than Vernal.

Personally, we much prefer going across NV on US 50 vs. I-70. The Ruby/East Humboldt Range near Wells is gorgeous (don't miss Angel Lake and Lamoille Canyon), but otherwise I-70 is just another interstate.

Thank you for your suggestion , we have been to Flaming Gorge but otherwise here is my correction regarding Nevada
We will drive to Wells and Humboldt Canyon and then connect to I 50 at Eureka all the way West To Reno.
