We use this route also and tow a 39, 5th wheel with a full size tractor, about the hardest place would be crossing the Conowingo Dam a it is narrow( if you go that way) the rest of the roads are mostly 2 lane country roads and no low bridges. Better then going south on 95 to 695.
We are hearing new information for the kids and grandkids. We may have to go over to 695 to pick up the grandkids anyway. We'll see. Thanks for the posts, hopefully we'll get to go the shorter (and prettier) way.
