I'm not using the term "card lock" as in strictly membership ones - just ones that have no staff and are card-only. Both of the ones I mentioned use any credit card so are available to anyone - in Callison at Dawson it's the Petro-Canada site. The very cheap North 60 card locks at Macrae in Whitehorse and in Dawson, OTOH, are only for North 60 home fuel customers.
