We have driven to Alaska three times, 2005, 2008 and 2015. We have yet to see everything we want to see. With only 2 weeks I agree that flying in and renting a vehicle is a good idea. If you want to see wildlife I suggest Denali and would suggest a boat tour out of Valdez or Seward, but motion sickness may be a problem as the trips can get a bit rough. If flying is not a problem you might take a flight to Katmai or Lake Clark to see the grizzly bears.
