We are planning on heading to Arizona (Yuma area) to start and moving around from there. We are planning on leaving Nov. 2 from Sarnia Ontario Canada. We are travelling in a 29 foot 1999 class A motorhome towing a ford focus on a tow dolly. We would appreciate all suggestions for the possible flattest route (???). We are not in any hurry. We have travelled to Florida the past 2 years but are looking for seeing more. Thanking you all in advance and looking forward to all suggestions.
I don't use flattest route because the answer always varies. For example if we were routing to Phoenix from Michigan it would tell you that I-40 is the flattest route, but if you are starting somewhere in the south, it will tell you I-10 is the flattest route. There can only be 1 flattest route no matter where you start from.
You might get more help if the subject line mentioned the start and stop. Most questions on this forum are about route choices, so a generic subject line won't capture the attention of the most knowledgeable people.

Trying to avoid any possibility of snow that time of year, I would head south to Nashville. Pick up I-40 to Memphis. In Arkansas, take I-30 to Dallas. If you have the time, drop down to San Antonio for a few days. If not, just head west on I-20. You then pick up I-10 to Yuma.
Could swear you asked this already? Oh well, head toward Chicage and pick up the mother road. Route 66 is a historic route that will gove you miles of history.
