The weekend before Thanksgiving I will be taking RV back and Forth from Atlanta to Minneapolis . Where can I find information on construction on interstates to avoid Thanks

If you map your route on Google, it will show construction zones. Should you choose to pass through Illinois avoid I-90 northwest of Chicago. As a matter of fact, I would avoid the Chicago area all together to avoid traffic. I-39 is a much better option.
