For us, Banff is the least interesting of the locations you list. Jasper is the most!
The campgrounds there are heavily used, and show a lot of wear and tear, but that's just what it is.
Wapiti CG in Jasper is okay.
Look at the CGs in Mt Robson Provincial Park, too.
