Best Route - Cody WY to Browning MT

Best and shortest looks to be up 120/72 to I-90, then west on it to US 191, then follow it to US 87, then it merges with US 89 and follow it all the way. Pulling a 36' fiver.

We are heading to Glacier NP and just passing through Browning.

What do you think?

The meaningful choice for Glacier bound travelers in Browning is what route to take from there on. US2 is the obvious choice if bound to the west side. US89 is an option if bound to St Mary Lake, but it passes through rolling foothills with accompanying ups and downs and curves. MT 464, Duck Lake road, stays east of those foothills, and returns to US89 just north of the lake. Many RV drivers find it easier.
