best route from Springville UT to Bryce Canyon NP

I note several options in our atlas, all going off I-15: SR 28 south from Nephi, connecting to US 89; US 50 (near Scipio), connecting to SR 28 and then US89; or SR 20, connecting to US 89 - anyone ha...

The only problem I see is snow if you cross the mountains. SR 20 may be closed for snow, check ahead of time. We spent some time up there last year and taking the 50 to the 70 to the 89 is a real nice drive. Don't forget Zion.
