Border Crossing San Luis RC
I am picking up my new (to me) JayFlight 26RLS in Yuma, and will head for Cholla Bay and then on to Kino. I see that there's a new crossing just east of SLRC. Is this a public crossing, or commercial only? Can I get a tourist visa there? Thanks.
