Perhaps but a good climb up and over the Wet Mountains. Agree that Westcliffe is a great place for a rest stop/lunch.

Took it last summer. Good road. First part is sort of bland, but it gets better as you go along. Very scenic w/ a couple of nice small towns.

Good road. You should not have any problems. Westcliffe is a nice town to stop in and have lunch and do a little shopping.
