KUnkaak is almost empty. Maybe 4 units. The place is really run down. Very sad! Kino Bay of course has their permanents. There are lots of empty spaces. WE drove past Islandia but did not go in. Upgrades? Repairs? Surely you jest. This is Mexico. You don't fix anything ! Ever! But KB does maintain the place. 2 of the small parks that are oceanfront are hoping to build condos. One knocked down all the RV spaces. The other just tossed everyone out! When we stayed @ KB many years ago they often were putting RV's in the overflow. Kunkaak was full in January/ February.
