I do not think any of that land is BLM land whatsoever. It should all be (a few private owned parcels) AZ State Trust Lands which is part of the 5-110871 lease to Willow Springs. You can enter the land and camp if you have an AZ Land Dept permit so long as you stay away from any cattle, cattle watering hole, or if WSCC post the area as closed. Because of damage from OHV's and other off trail activities, enforcement of permits will probably be increased. And now with revenue sharing of penalties, agencies have an incentive to bust users without the proper permits.
