Free WiFi Hot Spots in Jasper and Banff

Tim Horton's, Starbucks at gondola, Saint James Gate Irish Pup :) in Banff. Visitor center in both locations sometimes slow because so many users. WiFi or no WiFi Don't miss Lake Louise.

The public library in Jasper has free wifi. Better seating than the visitor center which was very crowded.

If you go to Lake Louise, the only free wifi we found was at the Javalanche Café.

When at Tunnel Mountain in Banff, we used the laundromat just down the road toward town. North side of road next to a convenience store, very small parking lot, but was able to use it both while doing laundry and the next day from the parking lot. In Jasper, we (and seemingly every other tourist in town) used the porch of the visitor's center downtown.

Tim Horton's. It is a shop like Dunkin' Donuts. Get a donut and a cup of coffee and enjoy the internet.

Starbucks or MacDonalds

Visitor center in both locations worked good for us.

Public library. Most fast food places and laundromats are always good.
