Shortly before Caborca is a huge facility on the left, about 100 miles before the border, just past the railroad tracks. Cross over through the barricades and there is plenty of space to park. Walk between the buildings through the breezeway, and that's where the woman has her office. For a small vehicle, you drive in. With a moho and a tow, she will come to you.
