Goodsam trip planner problem

Since the trip planer was not available for a few days about 4-6 weeks ago it has never worked well since.
1.No blue line of planned trip appears unless I have "search near my route for 1 mile" selected. Just the selected locations.
2.As no "blue line" available can not drag and drop the route.
3. "Add a stop" search works but "add to trip" does not.
Incredibly frustrating as about to do a 12 week trip and previously this has been good for basic planning. So glad we do not have a Rand McNally expensive RVND device.

Anyone else having this problem?
Yes we have tried creating a new trip and also on our old saved trips.
  • I am not able to add stops to trips tonight. I've tried with Firefox, MS Edge, and Google Chrome
  • Sometimes if I stay logged in, then next time it might not work right. Have to log out and then sign back it and usually works okay. (having said that, yesterday it was little slow and didn't want to add a stop, but then after few minutes started acting just fine)
