Harford County, MD to Williamsburg,VA

we're planning our first trip in our new 5th wheel and we'll be traveling from Harford county in Maryland to American Heritage RV park in Williamsburg, VA. I'm excluded from taking 95 through Baltimore due to the tunnel restrictions, so i'm going to try taking 695 Key bridge to 97S; then 3 to 301 over the Nice Memorial bridge. not sure if i should take 17S, stay on 301 to 30 to 14, or stay on 301 to 95s to 295 to 64 to 14.

    We just travelled from Baltimore to Point Lookout, MD, (picking up our 5th wheel which was stored there), then back up Rt 5 to Rt 301 and across to Fredericksburg. We didn't get on I-95, but we were heading west instead of south. The 97 to 3, then 301 is a good road. 301 on down in Va has lots of stop lights, towns and changing speed limits.
