There were several decent pull off's, including BLM camp spots between Delta Utah and Great Basin National Park. Mostly desert camping, some along side dried up lakes.
We stayed right in Delta in the visitor center parking lot along Main Street for the night without issue.
It was sun set as we drove through the area, along with snow flurries, so we didn't attempt the off road camp spots due to the wet ground.
