Heber City, UT to Moab UT via Highway 6
Looking for info for Highway 6 from Spanish Fork UT through the mts and down to Price, UT. I have never driven that road and with a 39' 5th wheel, I am wondering about the mountains on that route. THANKS!

- Much better than using I-15 and I-70 all the way. Good road and plenty of areas to allow folks to pass. We use it every time we go to or from Moab.
- We've driven that route many times - the grades are long but not that steep. Give yourself a little time on both the uphill & downhill and you'll do fine.
Stop at the museums in Price & Helper and the monuments at Castle Gate along the road.
Fascinating stuff. - We have pulled our several fivers ton that route, both directions, several times on route CO to WA. A good route but lots of truckers also use it as a shortcut to SLC.
