Thanks guys. Yes, low value but some. It can still be used as a summer place, still ion good shape. As for the property, it's ours, just that my wife's folks are now gone and we'll not need the trailer anymore.
Insurance? Well, again, we never had it insured. No idea why we never thought of that. I know it's strange.
