Appreciate the 5 hwy towards Dawson City, seems a lot of rain? If raining, may go around. I'm thinking we may cut thru the road first on the bike, follow with jeep, motorhome combo if all clear. We're off readers from SOCAL. Deserts woods and Baja mostly. WY and ID also, several times.
Be our first Alaska trip! Already suspect I'll be back, too bad not this trip in fall. My son has a strong interest in Tombstone. Not sure how we will get out to the main scenic valley but will see.
Looks like be kinda naked out there no fire arms! Always carried spray and a pistol down here. Had to spray one once.. in CA. Seemed WY bears more polite for some reason. Wife hoping to fish.
Orange County has grown up, vertically since you left. Got more hustle, bustle. It's ok; rather live in UT, WY or who knows yet. Wife was raised in WY and says no more winters like that again??
