Hwy 89 in Northern Utah

Hi there! Has anyone driven from the Bear Lake area down Highway 89 into Logan, UT? The mountain directory says that road is a little rough, 2 lane, narrow and has Fairly sharp drop offs with only 2 to 3 feet of shoulder. I’ll be westbound and drive a class B camper van and I have not driven a lot of mountains yet so I’m a bit nervous. Wondering what this road is going to be like today? If anybody has any information on it, please let me know. Thank you very much
