I-95 road conditions from fla to del.
this snowbird is headed north this sat am, the 15th from so. fla. any unusual or problem areas that i should know about? the road construction link on here doesnt work any longer ty

You probably want to avoid the section of I-95 that runs into NYC and is also called "The Cross Bronx Expwy" (shudder). Car driving I pay 5 dollars (or something similar) to get out of Manhattan via the Henry Hudson Bridge and rejoin I -95 via the Merrit or......287/87.
Should you be traveling via car or RV really late at night the CBX is OK (less traffic) but just keep in mind it's still Pothole City for about.....10 maybe 20 miles after which it's smooth sailing around Parkchester; no tolls.
For RV and cars.... get off the NJ Turnpike AKA I-95 at exit 11 - Garden State Parkway. Take it north to the end; bear right to 287 and get on the Garden State Parkway N all the way to the end. Bear right and take 287 to the Tappan Zee Bridge. Expect traffic delays since the TZ is being rebuilt. Continue on 287 and rejoin I95 north just as it enters CT which will be........exit 3 or 4 (?) in CT.
