Can someone tell me on I-40 East to 840 , what the road conditions are, and how frequent are there gas stops and rest stops? thnx

Just drove all of the way across Tenn on I40 from east to west last week. As mentioned above there are plenty of gas stations and truck stops all ong I40. Overall the road is in good condition with a few areas of construction especially around Nashville. I40 west of Nashville is closed from 8:00pm Friday go 8:00 am Monday for bridge construction for the next several weeks.
