Las Vegas to Buckeye

I was wondering what the best route from Vegas to Buckeye is? I am trying to avoid heading directly into Phoenix, is 303 finished?

Las Vegas I25 South to I40 I40 West to I17 I17 South to To I10 I10 West Buckeye :B

Thanks, we are also heading to Leaf Verde in January and will use 95 to I 10.

303 isn't finished but 101 is.
or, take CA 95 down to Blythe and I 10 to Buckeye, etc.

The 303 is not finished. We have traveled the 95 south several times. It's a good 2 lane highway all the way to I 10. Buckeye is west of Phoenix and you won't get into Phoenix traffic. We stay at Leaf Verde.
