Moab is AWESOME! Loved it when we were there a couple of years ago.
We stayed at Dead Horse Point and loved it. The sites aren't long and some have a decent slope to them but they have electric. We tend to avoid the RV parks/resorts if possible so I can't comment on the ones in Moab. Whatever you do, do not miss the sunset at DHP. I'm not sure how late in the year they are open.
We stayed one night at Big Bend on UT 128. It's a gorgeous BLM CG. No hook ups but lots of cliffs & stars & the Colorado.
