Been to Moab several times; never drove the La Sal Loop.

- x2 on the Werner Lake CG. Can be a rough road heading in, depending on the season and maintenance. Big aspen trees. A short walk from the CG and you're looking down on almost all of Canyonlands NP. Great sunsets (probably sunrises, too, but that means getting up early!).
- Especially when the aspens are in full glory. At the top of the loop is Warner campground, right in the middle of the aspens. But it is a rustic forest service campground, best suited for small rigs.
- Did that in our F250 a few years ago. They don't believe in guardrails there.
